Privacy
Who we are
Syntraq is developed and operated by Landskapsmesteren AS, organisation number 925 923 257, Oslo, Norway. That makes us the data controller for what you type into this website.
Questions about privacy go to hello@syntraq.no.
What we collect, and why
When you join the waiting list we ask for your name, company, work email, phone number, the size of your fleet and anything you want to tell us. We use it to get back to you about Syntraq and for nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not put you on a newsletter.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in following up people who have asked to hear from us (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Where it goes
- This website runs on Vercel. What you send through the form goes to our own code there, which runs in Stockholm, and is stored in our database at Supabase, also in Stockholm.
- The confirmation you receive, and the copy to us, are sent with Resend. The copy lands in our mailbox at Domeneshop, on servers in Norway. Resend keeps the content of the emails for 30 days.
- Vercel, Supabase and Resend are US companies. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Supabase and Resend rely on the EU standard contractual clauses for the transfer, and Resend stores its email data in the United States.
- We keep your details until the conversation is finished, and at most twelve months. You can also remove yourself at any time with the button in the confirmation you received. We then delete your details both in the database and in our mailbox.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Your choice of light or dark mode and language is kept in your browser only.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
The app
If your company uses Syntraq, the positions and trips of its vehicles are processed on behalf of your company under a data processing agreement, and your employer informs you about it. That is described in the app, not here.
